Puppy Chow

9 c Rice Chex, Corn Chex, or Chocolate Chex Cereal 1 c Semisweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 c Peanut Butter 1/4 c Butter 1 tsp Vanilla 1-1/2 c Powdered Sugar |
Pour cereal in a large bowl, set aside. Use a 1 quart microwave safe bowl and microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on high for 1 min. Stir and microwave about 30 more seconds. Stir in vanilla. Pour mix over cereal and stir until evenly coated. Pour mix into ziplock gallon size bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container in fridge. |
